Conscious Cuddles provides professional fully clothed platonic cuddling services to individuals and guided sessions for couples to aid in coping with stress, reducing effects of depression and anxiety and raising the levels of happiness and quality of life.

My goal is to help people rediscover their own individual beauty and love of themselves by offering this unique form of self-care.

I have recently completed the full Certified Cuddlers training program with Samantha Hess from Cuddle Up to Me in Portland, Oregon, making me the first certified professional in the Netherlands. I am dedicated and devoted to raising public and personal awareness of the numerous therapeutic benefits of professional cuddling and in so doing giving it the deserved credit as a healthy holistic life style choice.
